Ryan and I are trying to think of new menu items at our house using our buffalo. Here is what we have come up with so far:

Buffball subs (Meatball subs)
Buff Stew (Beef Stew)
Buffurgers (Hamburgers)
Buffacos (Tacos)
Filet Buffon (Filet Mignon)
Buffy Joes (Sloppy Joes)
Buffy Dogs (Chili Dogs)
Buff Manhattan (Beef Manhattan)
Steak Buffitas (Steak Fajitas)
We are open to other suggestions!
